Manager : 1978-1980
Before we met Bob, he was singing in a band back in Chicago. His future wife met him when her and her rich girl friends were having a club night out (actually slumming in rock clubs for fun) and saw him playing. Bob, shall we say, scored. She was pretty, an artist, a gourmet cook, and her folks were rich. After they were married a few years, her family helped them buy a house in the valley with a wood-floor music room and a 1/2 court basketball court in the back. When the real estate market boomed, they sold it for a mint, had their dream home built in Washington, plus had enough money left over to travel the world for a year with their daughter (Bob’s always worked travel agencies, mostly to get cheap fares since they’re globetrotters.) His wife teaches art and has exhibitions of her own. Bob’s one of those few guys that actually deserves everything good that’s happened to him :-)
Before I lost contact with him, Bob was living in his dream house with his wife and daughter on Bainbridge Island, still working in the travel industry, and still on top of everything cool. Bob’s a righteous dude.
